I guess "backlink" is the correct term, cf. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backlink.
It would be fine if the page showing a particular question would include a range where other questions are displayed that reference this question.
This could help to find out about connected information, and might be more useful when more and more questions arrive (and more questions with answers like "look at this quite similar question here...).
Possibly it could replace the (now hidden) "similar questions" division.
AFAIK, this is a feature quite common in other wiki software.
This is an interesting suggestion. There are no plans to add this to SQLA at this time, but I've added it to the TODO list to research it some more.
