Where to download updates to Sybase 17 Developer Editor

I downloaded and installed Sybase 17 Developer Edition today. The version is 17.0.4.2053. I have ran into the Sybase bug where parameters of stored procedures are not returned when the ADO command Parameters.refresh is called. This page ( http://sqlanywhere-forum.sap.com/questions/27485/sybase-asa-17-2053-ado-no-longer-returns-parameter-... ) says the bug is fixed with version 17.0.4.2100.

Where can I download version 17.0.4.2100?

The developer edition can be updated using SQL Anywhere updates available on SAP Support. Please note that those updates are available only if you have S-account credentials (this requires a support).

If you do not have support, we are currently in the process of updating the developer edition. I will post when this has been completed.
