Hi everyone-
What is best practice for storing original Knowledge Warehouse documents (i.e. functional specs, design docs etc.) in Solution Documentation in SOLMAN 7.2? Is it better to store the originals under business processes in the appropriate scenario, process, or step or in the library (and where in there?). I am not sure as multiple processes may use the same document; in SOLMAN 7.1 we could store it in the Solution Directory- so what in the Solution is the equivalent?
Thank you!
Found the following answer from Wulff-Heinrich Knapp at https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SM/Process+step+library
"Recommendation
You should accumulate as much usages as possible on the defined process step originals and you should avoid the creation of “equal” or very similar process step originals.
You should document aspects like use case documents, functional specifications, functional KPI document, end user training material, single functional test cases, or TBOMs at the process step originals."
