Hi,

Can you please let me know where do I define the actions or views that open corresponding to button clicks of action buttons defined for a Task ID on Portal

Hello,

The following Knowledge Based Article explains your query:

1532883 - How to Enable the Support Information for Troubleshooting issues in the Universal Worklist (UWL):

https://css.wdf.sap.corp/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/sno/ui_entry/entry.htm?param=69765F6D6F64653D3...

Using the support information for a particular task, you will see an XML file (UWL Configuration file). From the XML file the buttons are described using Actions in the code.

Thanks and best regards,

Thanks Carl for your response.

The action buttons in my case were actually grouped as actions for sub-processes for the decision work item. I found this by activating the Support Info for UWL.

I found what I was looking for by then searching for the workflow defined for the work item in ECC.
