It is "free" from SAP side, you pay usage to the provider - e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure
It is a good, inexpensive, place to practice.

I just opened link given by you and observed that they (SAP) have both trial (free)and paid subscriptions.
So trial (free)subscription is for practice ?
And can we use paid subscription for commercial use ?

Trial is typically for 30 days
The rest is by subscription, which means the trial does not expire. I am not sure about commercial use.
