I am going crazy trying to find the download for Crysal Enterprise 10 Service Pack 1 through SAP's website. It dosen't appear to be online.

Does anyone in this forum know where I can download it?

Thanks in advance!

Mike

I need the service pack for crystal enterprise, not the regular crystal reports. The last version I used was Crystal Enterprise Service pack 1. If there a later service pack for Crystal Enterprise I'll take it. But I think we confused enterprise server with regular crystal reports.

Ok, I agree there is some confusion on the product you are using. Crystal Enterprise 10 typcially refers to the server. Crystal Reports refers to the client application to build reports. Their are different versions of Crystal Reports such as standard, designer, developer edition, etc. Can you open your app then go to help, about and capture a screent shot or just type us the exact name and version of your product.

Michael,

If you are indeed taling about Crystal Enterprise 10 (the server), SP6 is the latest patch. The SAP download site posted earlier has CE 10 SP3-SP6 available for download.

I hate to bump an old thread, but i am also looking for the latest service pack for CE 10, but the link referred to does not provide CE 10 downloads. Only later versions of Crystal and Crystal Server are listed.

Does anyone have the location of the CE 10 service packs? I too have chased around the SAP site with no success.

Cheers!

They have removed the links entirely from the website. You need to ask them use the following methond.

Honestly, we are going in circles here. I clicked on your link, but I don't have access. So I want to contact their support to obtain access and it takes me to the main page for SAP support.

Support will not be able to officially help you. Support tickets can no longer be opened for CE10 because its support lifecycle completly ended several months ago. I am not sure if that is the reason the downloads are no longer available or not. I will try to find out more info in regards to that.

Thank you for posting, but it does not contain Crystal Enterprise 10 Service Pack 1.

The downloads are all for regular crystal reports and if I look at crystal server it shows XI - and still doesn't have any downloads in that section.

This was a link I used to be able to get from Business Objects: support.businessobjects.com/downloads/service_packs/enterprise_en.asp

The link posted earlier takes me to Crystal Enterpirse 10 downloads, not Crstal Report downloads.

https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/bobj_download/main.htm

It seems to have SP 3, 4, 5, 6 for Windows and all the Unix flavors, but SP1 and SP2 seem to be missing.

I am still researching this further.

I don't think SP's that old were available externally even before the cutover. Usually just the last 2. Is there a reason of using SP1 instead of SP6?
