I am working on version number [14.2.9.3791]. When I insert a jpg it changes the burgundy color to a fuchsia and the black to white.

Does this happen when you view the report in Crystal or, for example, when you export to PDF?

Please share the image file.
If I can replicate the problem, I'd like to test a potential fix.

This happens when I view the report. This is our official logo. I will send it under separate email, not in the chat

I tried several different images of our logo, (black on white) - where the black didn't show up. 3 color (orange, garnet, silver), the garnet looked fuchsia.

Prior to getting the Full 2016 version - it worked perfectly. Once I received the new key for the full version, I had problems with JPGs

I was asked if I did an upgrade to Windows 11? And the answer is NO. Interesting that it's a known issue with 11 in your testing in R&D.

No, I do not have Windows 11. This is what it is looking like. The image at the top is one that I copied from a previous report that I did in the Trial version that worked perfectly.

Did you upgrade to Windows 11?

It's currently not supported and a known issue in our testing in R&D.
