When I Create identity in SAP IDM and added system privilges user not created in child system

I want to Make SAP IDM as the leading system. After Creating ID in IDM If I assign system privilges to system then the user should be created in the respective child systems.

But its not working like that

Hello Siva,

well, we need more info.

• Which version are you using?
• Have you checked the configuration guide to see how to do an inital load of a repository?
• Have you done the inital load of that repository you try to create an account in?
• Do you get errors?
• What do you see in the job log?
