What is the url to the BusinessObjects Query builder

I used this article as a reference: BusinessObjects Query builder – Basics

but the suggested url http://MyServer:Port/AdminTools didn't work. Yes, I knew enough to put in my own server name and port 😛

I'm just getting a http 404 error "The requested resource is not available."

I'm on SAP BI 4.1
