The lowest authentication scheme is anonymous, but, for use it, you need to do:

1.- create anonymous user and add it in the anonymous group

2.- add it in system admin - system config - UM configuration - direct editing- ume.login.guest_user.uniqueids

3.- Create desktop and role

4.- assign permissions to anonymoys access to both

5.- configure rules in System admin - Portal display and

portal administrators - super_admin

You need to appoint this desktop to this user

6.- if you don't have configured this user as "default anonimous user" you need to add "&j_user=user" int the link.

You can find more information about this in the security guide.

Thanks for you reply.

I have done these steps prior and the login is working.

But my problem comes when i want to make a deep link into a specifik document then i dont know where to ad my anoymous user.

My link to do looks like this.

http://ocpepd01:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/documents/Public%20Documents...

I not sure where i can ad the j_user parameter.

Hi

http://ocpepd01:50000/irj//portal?j_user=<username>;

&j_password=<password>

For anonymous login to portal use

http://ocpepd01:50000/irj//portal/anonymous

You have to add a role to the default anonymonus group to view any thing in this login.

Rasmus,

You can forgot the j_user parameter if you have only one anonymous user definited, because this user'll be the default anonymous user.

I have 7 different anonymous users where i use the standard guest user for something different which doesn't have acces to this.

Guest is different from anonymous...

Anonymous is usually created by Internet access like "homepage" and then, you need for example 2 anonymous users for access in Spanish and English.

I agree, but lets say in your example you want to send link out to your employees about some news on the homepage. And you want send a link directly to the document, but on Spanish. How do you do that ?

Hi

Provide it as anonymous. So you can view this with an anonymous login which doesnot required any authentication.

Thanks, i was hoping there was something lower like public.

I wanted to make some deep links into my collaboration site, but i keeps asking me to authorize myself.
