Hello @nanamishiono

BOP:

BOP is a process used to manage orders that cannot be fulfilled immediately due to insufficient stock. It prioritizes and redistributes inventory based on predefined rules to meet customer demands effectively

Key Features

  • Re-prioritization: Adjusts the priority of existing sales orders, deliveries
  • Scope: Focuses on reallocating available stock to fulfill back orders or adjust allocations dynamically.
  • Rule-Based: Configurable rules determine how orders are prioritized, such as by customer importance, delivery date, or order size.

AATP:

AATP is an enhanced and more flexible functionality introduced in SAP S/4HANA to improve the traditional ATP process. It ensures that customer order commitments are accurate and reliable by incorporating advanced capabilities like real-time inventory checks and intelligent allocation.

Key Features:

  • Real-Time Inventory Checks: Continuously checks inventory availability across multiple locations.
  • Product Allocation: Allows setting limits for order quantities by product, customer group, or region.
  • Advanced Back-order Processing: Includes enhanced BOP features with real-time capabilities.
