what are the credential needs to be given in SAP BOE 4.0 CMC to gain access to Schedule a report

Hi Experts

I am using SAP Business Objects 4.0, I need to Schedule Webi and Crystal reports,  the report which try to schedule gets failed

what are the settings has to be done in CMC to the user id for scheduling the report,

Hi,

To which destination are you trying to schedule this report to?

If it is other than the default destination, like email, ftp, etc please make sure that those destinations are enabled for Crystal Reports Job Server.

Further to this if you can share the error message, it will be easire to figure out the root cause.
