WebIntelligence Rich Client 4.2 SP9 P9 doesn't start

we have the WebIntelligenceRichClient 4.2 SP9 P9 installed on Windows Server, where Windows Server 2019 Standard is running.

When i start the WebI Rich Client Application, i get following error message:

On a second server with the same specifications, there is no problem with the WebI Rich Client.
I searched in the Internet for a Solution of the problem, but i don't find something.

Now i hope, somebody of you can help me.

Try to repair the installation.
