Hi gurus,
please help me.
BO 4.0 Sp2 patch 13
I am not able to open webi report in BI launch pad. When I click on webi report it is just keep on running.
I am connected to server using VPN. Server is in USA. I am working from India
Browser is chrome and java version 1.6.0_31.
This is happening from yesterday. Till then it was working fine.
I tried in IE 8 and 9 and got below error

something must have happened, try to clear all cookies and ask IT if they have done changes
otherwise the BI Administrators should check the web application server etc. unless it is something specific to your workstation

Hi Raj
1)Some times the webi processing sever will go to idle state,Once u check on that ,if not then restart the SIA server and tomcat server.
2)check whether the java version is same on both client side and server side systems
3) Make sure all the servers(related to webi ) are in running state.If any one goes idle then you will not able to open the webi report from u r side.
