Webchat in Business CAI not working

Hi,

we would like to use our SAP CAI Business Instance via Webchat.

We have a JS snipplet in the community edition that fully worked out of the box and looks like

<script src=https://cdn.cai.tools.sap/webchat/webchat.js channelId="XXXX" token="YYYY" id="cai-webchat"></script>

In the business version of SAP CAI the snipplet looks like

<script src=https://cdn.cai.tools.sap/webchat/webchat.js channelId="XYXY" token="ZXY" apiRoot=https://xyz.sapcai.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/public/api id="cai-webchat"></script>

and is unfortunately not working for (not authenticated) web users. Seems to be a permission issue. Do you have any hints how to solve this?

We try to host it on S3 and will try again.
