Web Based SM37

Hi,

I have a button on a web based planning application that starts a GPS in the background. I would like the user to be able to view the progress of the job without going to the GUI. How can I add a link to a web based version of SM37?

Mike.

here is the link from BSP forum for this question.

the url pattern for the webbased SM37 will be

http://server.domain:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?~transaction=SM37

(this is using the integrated ITS, that means the system has to be on WAS6.40)

Hi Raja,

Does this mean that any transaction for WAS 6.40 can be used on the web using

http://server.domain:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?~transaction=<tcode>;

Thanks,

NS

YES

check out the url i have given, and try changing the transaction code.

to make the webgui service to work. you need to activate the same from transaction SICF.

Raja

Hi

I would suggest to use a BAPI if exists.

if it does not exist to create a new BAPI.
