Hi,
I'm using WebDynpro for Java since long time, and a question grow up day after day using Java.
<b>What is the best technology between WD for Java and WD for ABAP.</b>
This question arrived after a project where we meet lot of problems about JDI, model importing and so one... So I'm wondering if with ABAP, all those problems vanish.
Regards,
Which one is the best is not the question. Which one are you more comfortable with. Are your java skills better than your ABAP skills? Do you jave more ABAP developers in your shop then java developers? Web Dynpro gives you a choice and the choice is up to you. SAP has taken great strides in trying to bring the java side up to the ABAP standard(Development environment, transport system, etc), so everything you have in ABAP, you have in Java. Its just a matter of which you are more comfortable with.
In my opinion, the WDA is better because you develop remotely on a central server and not locally like in java. WDA follows the same transport system that all ABAPers are used to. And lastly,....... its ABAP!
