Hi,

i published a report & chart in WAD .

The report is displayed correctly but the chart it is giving me the following error

<b>Chart CHART_1: Internal error when communicating with the IGS

Error When Calling Up IGS (Error opening an RFC connection.)

Diagnosis

Internal error when communictaing with the IGS (charts).

System response

Internal error text: "Error opening an RFC connection."

Hi Krishna,

Do you know if the IGS is installed and is working properly for your system? You can check the connection in SM59...

Hi Krishna,

IGS is the Internet Graphics Server which also known as the Chart Engine as it renders the chart in your web application. You can try the IGS text in RSRT...there is a button on the screen. No need to enter a query name, just click that and see if you get a chart.
