Value for time attribute is shown as null in smart filters bar

The value for Edm.Time type attribute from odata service is coming in this PT01H08M11S format and the OVP card is working fine with this format and giving correct result but in smart bar filters the value is coming as null , though if i choose the time value from time picker in smart filter bar, the value being sent by Smart filter bar to odata in filter query is same that is in this format only PT01H08M11S.

I have tried different format too like 3:23:05 AM, 3:23:05 ,3-23-05 .In such cases value itself is not being shown in filter bar.

So how to show time value in smart filter bar via odata service,is this an existing issue or we need to use different format?
