UWL configuration ?

what is UWL...and is it compalsary that we have to congifure UWL for implementing ess/mss in EP ?

It is Universal Work List, It is consolidated view of all the workflows configured in the system. It is necessary to configure UWL if you have any workflow items for ESS.

we are implementing a customized workflow for leave request approval. the workflow customization is done in ABAP. So for this how do i have to configure the UWL in EP.

Is there any guide for UWL configuration ?

Hello,

Yes, to view the notifications in portla u need to configure the UWL.
