Using RAP Generator, Put Operation fails

I am using the RAP Generator Wizard in Eclipse ("Generate ABAP Repository Objects ...") on a behaviour definition of a standard SAP RAP object.

Like in the RAP630 tutorial I use the behaviour definition I_BANKTP and try to create an "OData UI Service".

In the BTP ABAP Trial Account everything works fine, but in our SAP S/4 HANA 2023 private Cloud system the wizard tries to create all objects but ends with the error "PUT operation failed".

Does anyone else has this error? Do you know how to sove this problem?

please create a customer incident for this bug on component BC-ESI-RAP-GNT.
System access will be necessary to analyze why the put operation is failing
in your system.

Dear Customer,

the BO Interface Generator was not released for Application Platform 2023, but listed due to a mistake. With next service pack and with a note, the BO Interface Generator is not shown anymore.

The issue has been resolved for us after renaming one of the column field in the table
