Using IT Incident Mgt mobile app for iOS, connected but no tickets showing

We have successfully implemented the SAP System Monitoring mobile app on an ipad.  Next, went through all necessary setup for the SAP IT Incident Management mobile app.  Connection is working, but we see no data (no service tickets) on the ipad.

Is there any additional configuration required here?  We have examined note 1736513, however it does not seem to apply.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

we have already problems during connection. Which scenario are you using? via smp? directly on solman?

We directly connect to a gateway hub system. But there is no way in the app to set this connection type (comparable with the system monitoring app). It seems the only way is via SMP even if the administration guide mentions otherwise. Have you also encountered this issue?
