Users getting signed out from SAP Mobile Start

Hello experts,

Our company uses SAP Mobile Start for providing Build Zone Fiori Apps to our users.

Users scan the QR Code from the launchpad site to log in successfully using MFA (AzureAD).

But, after some time, users (Andriod and IOS) are signed out. Users get frustrated because they have to go through the hassle of finding the QR Code, scanning it, logging in again, and a few days later, they are signed out again.

What causes users to be signed out from SAP Mobile Start? A setting on their device perhaps? Is it a bug?

Has anyone else in the community experienced this issue?

Thank you for sharing your post above.
The latest release of SAP Mobile Start version 1.9.2 should fix the issue you and your colleagues were experiencing.

Could you please share an update if this is the case or if it still appears?

Thanks for your reply Robert. Since 1.10, the number of sign outs has reduced significantly. We have only had one isolated incident that I know of this year.
