Mani

in the link you shared it is mentioned, we can access query builder by accessing the url http://MyServer:Port/AdminTools. I gave the correct values for Myserver and port, but i am getting page not found error. does it mean query builder is not installed ?

1) You have to access the query builder via URL: http://tomcathost:portnumber/AdminTools

2) Login using the administrator credentials

3) Run a query here: for eg: SELECT * FROM CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE SI_KIND='USER'

Note: CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS is the table in the CMS database that contains the info on USER.

Kindly check whether the AdminTools is being deployed in your WebApps folder. If not you may need to redeploy it.

Hi,

Go to your BUsiness objects installation directory.

Go to tomcat folder>webapps

Check if you see the AdminTools folder . It means the war file is deployed.

If you are unable to use servername to access AdminTools, try to use IP address of the BO server machine and check as well.

Nagendra,

If the AdminTools folder is not there, say it got deleted by accident, how does one redeploy the AdminTools?

Hi Elena,

If the Admin Tools folder has been deleted from under Tomcat >> webapps you can still redeploy the warfile "AdminTools" from under the warfiles folder.

If you have deleted the AdminTools warfile you may have to copy the warfile from another server running the same version.

Repairing the installation may also help.

Let me know if it helps.
