User Roles In ECC to Provide in the Receiver channel in CPI

Hi Experts,

I have an inbound scenario from CPI-PI to ECC communicating through Idoc.In the idoc receiver channel for basic authentication, user id is required. I am looking for information on the required roles to be assigned to that user so that it can connect from CPI-PI to ECC.

Hi Aswini,

For the idoc receiver channel in CPI, if you select the basic authentication, you should select this option, you need to provide the credential name. There is no specific role needed, but you need input the username and password which is used to log on the receiver system.

Credential Name: Enter the credential name of the username-password pair specified during the deployment of basic authentication credentials on the cluster.
