User locked

Hi...

My user PISUPER is locked, and I can't log in SAP GUI in PI... How I can unlock this user?!

My user j2ee_admin still working, but have no permission to edit users...

What can I do?!

Hi,

there must be some basis user having all the authorizations,you cn login through that user into ur PI .use tcode SU01 and unlock it with entering user PISUPER and click on lock icon button.

This is the problem....

Has no other user... I need to unlock the user directly in visual administrator (or something like this)

The other users have no permission to lock/unlock users...

I need to do something in the server, to unlock this user...

I have no access to su01 transaction...

Where I can find a SAP Note to unlock this user directly in server?!

Hi,

If none above is working, cheat the system.

go to se38 a chosse program LSEUKU22 and put break point on line 32 (I am on SP 16 XI 7.0)

pointer of cource code (call 'AUTH_CHECK_TCODE')

u need to break on fm AUTH_CHECK_TCODE.

go to transaction se93, give transaction SU01, and use /h to debug. execute the fm AUTH_CHECK_TCODE and edit the sy-subrc value to 0 (u'll get 4). & execute u'll be in su01.

Try to login with the user SAP* and the password as of your super user password and try to unlock from SU01.

But the user SAP* is a UME user... or not?!

If I unblock this user, can I log in into PI, through SAP GUI?

Do you know what is SAP note about this?!

Hi,

I dint check in SAP note but what i have heard about this user, it is hardcoded user and you can unlock through this user.

Just try and let me know. Smtimes we too use poor english

Well... I could unblock the SAP* user... but, like there was said, this user only works in visual administrator... I try to log on in SAP GUI, but does not work...

I need some procedure, to unblock users in PI, through SAP GUI... users like PISUPER, for example... My user j2ee_admin still working, but they have no permission to open the su01 transaction.

I found another user...

and unblock all the blocked users... and I changed their passwords...

Now it works...

The question is not solved, but my problem, yes...

Some SAP Note, for example... when I'm without admin user, what can I do? In Netweaver AS, I can activate a system user to change all the password that I need... I need something like this, but PI/XI have no UME...
