I’ve come across a strange behavior in our SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or might have a solution.
The Issue: I recently created a new user, and I noticed that this user does not have the hourglass icon (symbol for “status in progress”) displayed, whereas other newly created users in the same system do show the hourglass icon.
Could this be due to a synchronization delay or possibly a bug?

When a new user is created in SAC, their status might take some time to sync across the system. This synchronization delay can sometimes prevent the hourglass icon from appearing immediately.
Wait for a few minutes and refresh the browser or the User Management screen. If it's a synchronization issue, the icon should eventually appear.
Try log out and log back in to SAC it might be browser cache issue.
