I’ve come across a strange behavior in our SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or might have a solution.
The Issue: I recently created a new user, and I noticed that this user does not have the hourglass icon (symbol for “status in progress”) displayed, whereas other newly created users in the same system do show the hourglass icon.
Could this be due to a synchronization delay or possibly a bug?

the hourglass icon and the email address of the user in blue font color, indicates that the user didn't logon to the SAC tenant yet.
If the hourglass icon is not visible anymore and the email address changed to black font color, this indicates that the user already logged into the SAC tenant.

Hi @ABA2,
the hourglass icon is only appearing in case the email address wasn't used to login yet.
Is it possible that the email address was already used on this tenant to login?
