User Admin tab, error: You have requested an application that is stopped

Hi All,

My Portal is working Fine except this User Administration Tab,

When i Click on User Admin tab it Shows:

Error on Page:

503 Service Unavailable

Application stopped.

You have requested an application that is currently stopped

and in log file it gives:

AllServices are running fine in Visual Admin,

My UME is on Abap...

Urgently required some help in finding solution.....

Please try to access the below link

https://<portalserver>:<port>/index.html login with administrator and click on user management

check this link working fine?

The LInk shows Regarding Adobe Document Services....

But My Problem is with user Administration tab...

can you tell with all the permission shd be assigned to which communication user.

Points will be fully rewarded ...

Hi,

503 error shows some problem may be in Web services container or EJB container. Check this link.

Otherwise, there may be missing permissions for communication user as logs show. Check on those lines.
