Hi all,

We have implemented federated portal.

We are having an application ECommerce for ERP on one portal which acts as the content producer. We are able to access this application on the producer portal on which it is residing without giving the credentials username/password. We are creating a url iview for this application; and it logs on automatically without giving the credentials on producer portal.

However, When the consumer portal tries to access this application using the federated role; the user is being asked for credentials.

Please note that SSO and Trust has been established on both the portals.

Any input on why it is not able to sign in directly into the application from consumer to producer portal?

Regards,

Karan.

Hi,

We were able to solve the issue by including the url view under a page.

Problem is resloved now. Thanks all for their valuable inputs.

Karan

Hi karan,

Try one small trick using Internet Explorer

Open Internet Options -> Privacy -> Advance

Under Advance : Select all the Options including radio boxes and check boxex.

This might resolve your issues

Pre Conditions is SSO should be done perfectly.

Hi Karan,

1) copy the Producer Iview and paste as Local ivew then preview it, see how it will works.

2) Make sure that user is created both systems with same ID

3) Make sure SSO b/w Producer to Consumer and Consumer to Producer

Hi Nageswara,

1. Tried the first approach, but still asking for login credentials.

2. Yes, the user is created with same id

3. SSO working b/w Producer n Consumer Portal.

Hi Karan,

Have you tried establishing SSO between your consumer portal and the system where your eCommerce application is running on?

Cheers.
