URL in Webi not working

Hi Experts,

I have created a Webi document, this webi contains nothing but a url. When I run this Webi document in in Modify mode and click on the url in the document it works and takes me to the correct website. However when I execute the same Webi document from BI Launch Pad (Home) and click on the url it doesn't work.

I don't know what I am missing here, can any one of you please throw some light on this?.

I have gone thru the forum before I posted this thread but I could not find much info.

There are a couple ways to do this, but the easiest is to do something like:

Set the cell to Read as Hyperlink and use the format

<a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank">This is my link</a>

Thanks a lot for your help. Yes, that has worked and also helped me another small issue with the friendly name instead of the URL itself appearing.
