Hi,

Since it is a master data full update, you can start the load again by right clicking on the event where it has failed and select Display Variant.... In the infopackate under schedule tab press Start...

Hello,

thank's for ur quick replay,

where in ST22 it is given tht their r many dead locks r their ,

the ST22 message is as follows plz check

Database error text........: "Too many lock requests"

Triggering SQL statement...: "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB=============CP "

Looks like many process r running in parallel...or database space issue.

try to load it again, and check if it works.

Hi,

Load has been failed due to some issue in the source system side. Probably if you have tried loading during the pick time when users are mdofying or adding new data.

Since the master data is full update you can make the status of your old request as red and remove it from master data target and start new load. It will be done

Dear SAP ,

You have to make sure that when your Master data is Running, your transaction data should not run ,otherwise it would create Dead locks as mentioned below. This could repeat aswell if its in a process Chain or Infopackage Grps, Analyse the situation and make sure you dont load them in parlell . As of now , you can always wait until the transaction data finishes and load the Master data... Never try to load the failed Master data if your Trasaction Loads have already started.

Hope it helps.

Thanks.
