@gos could u pls confirm the following -

  1. Confirm if you have the space developer roles assigned for Cloud Foundry Org and Space.
  2. Can you verify if you have onboarded SAP APIM inside integration suite trial?

If still you are unable to create a service instance of API Management, then kindly create a ticket on component OPU-API-OD-DT. The team will assist you.

Thank you for your advice on my question.

I understood that I had to create destination of API Management.
But now, we can't create API Portal instance because newly subscription of API Portal is rejected.

How can I get the service key of API Management Instance in this situation?
I guess the service key is not same one of Cloud Integration.

Or are there any other solutions transport API Management?

Yes, the service key is not same one of Cloud Integration.
The entitlement for standalone application of API Management is different from service plan "apiportal-apiaccess". Can you share the error specifically for creating service instance.
Follow the steps described in "Creating a Service Instance in the API Management,API portal" section in Accessing API Management APIs Programmatically.

Note: If you don't see the API Management, API portal instance under the Instances tab on the Instances and Subscription page, then you must add the entitlement.
