Upgrading Windows from 2000 to 2003

We are planning to upgrading Windows from 2000 to 2003.

Anyone know something about this? Any Docs, problems etc, Sap notes?

Hi Ankur,

I forget to tell you that we are migrating hardware too!!!

What have we to do? We must do a new instalation...and how can we copy the information to one Portal to other?
