Upgrade BW4HANA 2.0 - DTP load slow performance

Good morning,

We have recently upgraded to the BW4HANA 2.0 version, and we have detected that some loads are slower, compared to the previous version of BW4HANA 1.0.

an example is the load of this DTP:

When dtp runs, it only shows one active job in the system.

and the system is not overloaded with processes, now that we are running it there are only two active jobs, so there is no reason for dtp not to multiplex the load.

Can you help me identify what could be the problem?

I have reviewed the document, and regarding the parameters of the RSBACTH transaction, I have seen that the DTP was not, therefore, not in the RSBATCHPARALLEL table either. I have activated the DTP, and I have rechecked the RSBATCHPARALLEL table, and the DTP already appears.

I've run the load next, and it's still having performance issues.

This note is mentioned, but it is old, and does not apply to the version of BW4HANA 2.0

Do you know if there is any similar sap note that applies to the new version of BW4HANA?

On the other hand I am also looking at this note,

you should rather check with tx. RSODSO_SETTINGS as stated in the Document - Customizing SAP BW 7.x and BW/4

I have checked the settings in the trx RSODSO_SETTINGS of the object, and they look fine. In the process settings, 3 batch processes are configured.

Any more ideas?

Have you try to apply SAP Note 2603241. I tell you my experience. We are in BW/4HANA 2.0 SP8. When I have an issue related to DTPs or transformations, the first thing we do is verify if SAP Note 2603241 has new updates. Many times applying this SAP Note solves the issue.

Be advised that, depending on the SP level you BW4 is on, it will apply several SAP notes so, be careful.
