I would like to know if there is a workaround or way to integrate SAP Web Dynpro iViews into Microsoft Sharepoint iView Web Parts.

I don't know if there is any "easy" integration than just over the url.
But with the url you could define a "sharepoint-like" design by adding the
parameter "sap-cssurl" onto the url.
for example:
