UOM question

Good morning all,

I have a question about why same UOM get displayed differently in InfoObject and cube. For example: Transaction - SPRO

Unit of Measurement of Dimension Overview table

Unit Commercial Technical Meas. Unit Text

BOX BX BX BOX

In one our InfoObject, I have an attribute Primary UOM which reference 0UNIT. It displays BX. When I load the trasactional data, the 0BASE_UOM displays as BOX. Can anyone tell me why is it different?

Hi,

Open up both the unit InfoObjects in RSD1 and check their Bex Display setting, like for 0BASE_UOM it is Text.

I checked, both are TEXT.

Are ou talking about their display in the reports, or elsewhere?

I am talking about the display in the cube and in the masterdata. Masterdata showes either Commercial or Technical (BX) and in the cube, it shows Int. meas. unit (BOX). Is that just how BI dispalyed the UOM?
