Unreadable characters in J2EE configtool

Dear Experts,

I have a VERY BIG problem! I must reset the AS Java password on a J2EE instance. The OS is AIX.
However, when I launch the configtool, I am unable to read the screen !!!

Please kindly advise on how to solve the problem !! The maintenance window is VERY soon! Thank you so much !!

Hello, try to use the consoleconfig.sh instead of configtool.sh, it does not require X screen, it runs in a console.
