Unable to preview the Fiori app generated via VSCode

Hi,

I followed the tutorial instruction to generate the Fiori app using VSCode. However, when I tried to preview it via this URL, it does now work, http://localhost:4004/risks/webapp/index.html.

I've executed cds watch in VSCode as instructed. Below is the error I am getting when trying to test the app.

May I know what I can do to troubleshoot this and identify the root cause?

Below is the screenshot of the file folder which shows the necessary app files and folders are generated.

what do the logs in the console say? The logs will be printed in the terminal where you ran cds watch.
