Unable to load Template in Migration tool of SAP Integration Suite

Hello,

I am in a mid of SAP PO to CPI migration. I have evaluate the assessment and as per the result some ICO(Integrated Configuration) are in "Ready to Migrate" state. Still when I was doing the activity in migration tool, I'm getting this below error. 

Even, default template is not getting populating. Can someone assist on this issue.

Have you already contacted SAP customer support channels?

We have dropped the approach due to limited timeline. we created the interfaces instead of migrating due to limited timeline.
