Hello,
I try to install
SQLAnywhere10_Windows_Patch_10.0.1.exe
without user interaction in a network environment. If I invoke the install program with the -r option, no *.iss file is generated. Does anybody know, how I can install this patch automatically?
Thanks in advance Joachim Emde
Sorry, I didn't get the point that you were trying to make a silent run of a packaged download file. For this, there's an official documentation here:

Hello,
many thanks for your help.
BTW, you can also use the Deployment Wizard to customize a setup as a MSI file, and then have that run silently with the usual Windows Installer service options... I first tried to use the msi file produced with the deployment wizard. But on 64 bit machines there where no 32 bit odbc drivers installed which I need.
With your help I learned that the SQLAnywhere10_Windows_Patch_10.0.1.exe file is an archive which I could open with winrar. Inside this archive there is again a setup.exe which understands -s option. So everything is fine now.
Many thanks again Joachim Emde

I am not sure if the same would apply for version 10 but the discussion on this question for SA12 might help you with the silent install.
Hope it helps.
