Unable to find par file for creating iview

Hi all,

I am using NW04 sp16. The par file after deployment does not come when i try to create iview. But it is there if i go to system administration->support->portal runtime. What should i do to rectify this.

hi rohit,

you wont be able to see the par file until u assign the respective role to the userid your are using.

first of all goto system admin-> Permissions -> Application -> Right Click open permissions .

here you need to check whether u have the corresponding role assigned or not.

Hi,

If you dont have super admin role, you cann't the see par file. To see the par file without super admin role one way is there,but this is also done by the user who is having super admin role only.

Goto System Admn -> Permissions -> Application -> Right Click open permissions -> Select Content_admin_role -> ok.

After this, you can able to see the par file for creating iview.

Hi,

This is because of permission issue. Go to System Administration -> Permissions. Right click Portal content and Open permission. Give the required permission, say read and end user permission. Similarly give permission for applications also.
