We are running into a strange problem. Using an ASP.NET application and .NET Framework 4.6 along with the SAP Crystal runtime for .NET SP 19 (v13.0.19.2312).
We are able to run a report and pass parameters; however, if some parameter values are not passed, the Crystal viewer displays a parameter dialog box that allows us to enter the missing values. The problem is that there is no response when clicking on the OK button. The dialog box just remains in place and nothing happens.
If we pass parameter values, the report runs properly and renders the output.
This behavior began happening after a recent upgrade to the SP version of the SAP Crystal runtime.
Any help would be much appreciated.
