Unable to download Agent 3 on Mac

Hi

I am trying to download Agent 3 on a Mac. 

Operating system : macOS Sequoia Version 15.1.1

Broswer : Chrome

I am following the instruction as per the the help documentation. 

Install MacOS Agent 3 

However I keep getting an error message "Unable to install the agent. Please contact your administrator"

I have full administrative rights on the computer. 

There is no option to download the Agent form the website below where the Windows version can be downloaded directly.

After clicking download a download progress bar appears and then you accept the download. That said, it seems to me that it is a problem with your firewall, antivirus or some restriction from your organization.

Hi Giancarlo-Martinez,

The firewall is not active. This is a personal device and not an official company laptop. 

Are there any other suggestions or settings that I can check? As I mentioned in my original post, I have full administrative privileges on the device.  Can the download be made available from this website?

I don't see on that site the Mac Agent, only for Windows, the current version is SAPDesktopAgent.darwin-arm64-3.35.38.pkg
