Unable to create SAP HANA Cloud DB instance in HANA Cloud Central

Hi,

I keep getting this error whenever I create my DB instance in my BTP Trial subaccount.

I am currently following this tutorial for provisioning the DB and have assigned the proper roles, signed out/sign in to refresh. I also tried to deleting and adding back again the subscription for HANA Cloud Administration tools but no luck. I am wondering if there is an issue now with the admin tool or if I miss out any step.

According to the error message there is already a HANA Cloud DB instance in your trial account and it is not possible to create another one.
 A HANA DB used to be created automatically in a trial account. Are you sure there is no other HANA Cloud DB instance yet?
If there is already a HANA DB, you may have to delete this one if you want to follow the tutorial step by step.

Yes, I don't have any HANA Cloud DB instance yet. The first time I created, the error was "unable to connect", afterwards this error kept coming. I checked my subaccount and cloud foundry space and there was none. I tried doing it in my other subaccount using another email and it I managed to create the instance. Probably I will use that account for now.
