Unable to create developer keys – Installation data not available

I am writing to report an issue I am encountering when attempting to generate a developer key (SSCR Key) in SAP for Me.

When I navigate to the "Developers" section and try to download or reassign an SSCR key, the "Select Installation(s)" area is completely blank. No installation numbers, installation names, customer numbers, or customer names are displayed. This prevents me from selecting an installation and generating a developer key.

The installation is not visible due to any of the following issues:

  • S-user is not authorized for SSCR registration on the installation number that is missing in the SSCR application
  • Hardware (Operating System and Database) defined in the installation is expired
  • There is an issue with the maintenance frame for the installation
  • The installation is in the process of being deleted (or has been deleted)
  • There is no any active system under the missing installation number
