Unable to create access server in Data Services

Dear Concern,

We are getting the message "The base keycode for the Data Services platform was not found or has expired.

Obtain a valid keycode and use the License Manager to update your installation." while trying to ready access server in data services. Please suggest us.

Below is the details:

[diuser@bo-test ~]$ pwd

/home/diuser

[diuser@bo-test ~]$ cd $LINK_DIR

[diuser@bo-test dataservices]$ cd bin

[diuser@bo-test bin]$ pwd

/home/diuser/businessobjects/dataservices/bin

[diuser@bo-test bin]$ . ./al_env.sh

[diuser@bo-test bin]$ ./svrcfg

The base keycode for the Data Services platform was not found or has expired.

Obtain a valid keycode and use the License Manager to update your installation.

MY DATA SERVICE CONSOL(192.168.100.56) IS IN UNIX SERVER AND DATA SERVICES INSTALL IN MY LOCAL PC

I AM USING DATA SERVICES CLIENT FROM MY LOCAL MACHINE OPERATING SYSTEM WINDOWS

WHEN I CREATE A SCHEDULAR USING DATA SERVICE CONSOL THAT TIME CREATE ACCESSSERVER

MACHINE NAME:192.168.100.56

COMMUNICATION PORT :5005

ACCESS SERVER '192.168.100.56:5005' IS NOT AVAILABLE. (BODI-3016130)

THAT CASE I AM TRING TO CREATE ACCESS SERVER ENABLE (192.168.100.56)

BELOW ERROR THAT CASE IN MY(192.168.100.56) UNIX SERVER

Are you able to launch Designer ?

Go to the system where Data Services has been installed,

Start > All Programs > SAP Business Objects XI 3.x > SAP Business Objects Data Services > SAP Business Objects Lisence Manager.

Add a valid key to the Product Activation Keycodes section. Remove the old key if any, save and close.

Try again.

You might have got it while you purchased Data Services.

You can also download the same from SAP service market place.
