Hi Joerg,

Thanks for the reply.

I am connecting from a public wifi and want to access ABAP objects, it shows the message with port number 3310 .

Can you please share the screenshots as to where we need to mention the ports in CAL console ?

Regards

Karthik

Hi Karthik,

You can check that in the CAL console (Virtual Machines > Access Points) and then Edit > Add > Choose the ABAP machine and add TCP port 3310 > Save.

Best, Joerg

Hello Karthik,

since your GUI access works (i.e. the system is up) I'd suspect a closed network setting / port.

What solution are you using ? If it has a remote desktop included, try to connect with the pre-installed Eclipse from there.

Also try to connect from a public Wi-Fi (e.g. from home) to eliminate corporate firewalls, etc.

And last not least: ABAP Development Tools (assuming that is your objective) need port 3200 opened in the cloud provider firewall as well. You can check that in the CAL console (Virtual Machines > Access Points).

Best,

Joerg
