Unable to connect to Cloud connector UI

Unable to connect to SAP Cloud Connector UI even though cloud connector is started successfully. Windows machine. Below is the log.

And in addition to what my two predecessors already noted: the intersting log here is the scc_core.log, showing a connect attempt from the browser.

default port is 8443

I had changed to 7443

Apparently, changing the port did not work.
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED usually means that there is no process running on the target host, who listens to the specified port.

It indeed looks like trying to change the port somehow corrupted the installation: the error message

"keytool error: java.io.IOException: keystore password was incorrect"

indicates that the config settings were corrupt.
