Unable to connect BAS to S4HANA Public Cloud system

Hello ,

I am trying to connect BAS to a S4HANA public cloud system using SAML assertion destination , by following tutorial : Connect SAP Business Application Studio and SAP S/4HANA Cloud System 

In destination cockpit the destination connects successfully . However , when I am trying to connect to the system ( saml destination ) in BAS ( using adaption project ) , I am getting following error : The system that you have selected cannot be detected to be of type OnPremise or of type CloudReady. You should select system of either of both types in order to continue with the generation of the project.

Is there any configuration that I am missing in the S4HANA cloud system .

the KBA 3445942 mentions the following:

13. You are getting "The system that you have selected cannot be detected to be of type OnPremise or of type CloudReady. You should select system of either of both types in order to continue with the generation of the project." error message after selection the destination while creating a "Adaptation Project" using SAP Fiori Tools.

• You need to make sure that a business role based on business role template SAP_BR_DEVELOPER is assigned to the user. The relevant business catalogs are: SAP_A4C_BC_DEV_UID_PC and SAP_A4C_BC_DEV_OBJ_DIS_PC. • You need to select a destination with the development tenant
  

Could you please check if these prerequisites are met?
